Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for most new, unopened items.

All returns must be pre-approved. Contact us by phone or email before sending items back. Items must be returned in original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued as store credit toward future purchases.

Defective items (non-functional with no visible damage) may be eligible for replacement or credit. Please contact us promptly for assistance.

If damage occurred during shipping, follow the procedure in our Shipping Policy. Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.

Do not return products directly to the manufacturer unless instructed. User-initiated damage is not covered.
