General Return Policy

At Giftable World, we want both you and your pup to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, most new, unused, and unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

To help us process returns smoothly, all returns must be approved in advance. Please contact our team before sending anything back so we can guide you through the next steps. Returned items should be in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, heavily handled, or returned without packaging may not be eligible for return.

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Defective Items

Defective items (non-functional with no visible damage) may be eligible for replacement or credit. Please contact us promptly for assistance.

Damaged Items

If damage occurred during shipping, follow the procedure in our Shipping Policy. Items damaged due to misuse or neglect are not eligible for return.

Exclusions

Do not return products directly to the manufacturer unless instructed. User-initiated damage is not covered.
